We are partnering with a leading international technology company to appoint a Head of Global Treasury, a newly created leadership position reporting directly to the CFO.
This is a unique opportunity to build and shape the company’s global Treasury function. The successful candidate will define the operating model, establish robust policies and processes, and lead the selection and implementation of a Treasury Management System.
The role requires a senior Treasury professional who can combine strategic vision with a hands-on approach. Initially operating without a direct team, the Head of Global Treasury will work closely with internal stakeholders across Finance and the wider organisation to deliver a scalable, efficient and best-in-class Treasury function.

Key responsibilities
- Design and build the general Treasury function and its operating model.
- Lead the selection and end-to-end implementation of a Treasury Management System.
- Develop Treasury policies, procedures, controls and reporting frameworks.
- Manage global cash, liquidity and cash-flow forecasting.




- Optimise banking structures, accounts and international cash-management arrangements.
- Manage relationships with banking partners and other financial institutions.
- Identify and manage financial risks, including foreign-exchange, interest-rate and counterparty exposure.
- Establish accurate and insightful Treasury reporting for the CFO and senior management.
- Partner with Accounting, FP&A;, Tax, Legal and other internal teams across different markets.
- Drive automation, standardisation and continuous improvement across Treasury activities.
- Define the future structure and capabilities required as the function evolves.

The ideal candidate
- Significant experience in international Treasury within a complex, multinational environment.
- Proven track record of building, transforming or professionalising a Treasury function.
- Hands-on experience selecting and implementing a Treasury M
