Additionally, will contribute to train, development, and talent management initiatives, supporting employee growth and organizational evolution.Job Responsabilities• Manage end-to-end selection processes for assigned positions, including resume screening, interviews, and candidate evaluation based on profile.• Meet with managers to understand hiring needs, define profiles,



and align expectations.• Draft and publish job offers on appropriate channels and implement direct search and sourcing strategies to identify talent (internal and external).• Coordinate the interview process with managers and other key stakeholders.• Ensure a positive candidate experience aligned with company standards.• Monitor selection processes and analyze key indicators such as time to fill, quality of hire, and conversion rate. Training and Development• Collaborate on projects to identify training and development needs in conjunction with managers and the HR team (industrial and general).• Participate in the definition and implementation of training plans.• Support onboarding, upskilling, and reskilling initiatives.• Contribute to individual development plans and support the growth of internal talent.• Participate in internal mobility and career development initiatives.
