Timetable Management:

Collaborate with the Berlin team on English enhancement courses.
Collaborate with the Berlin team on Spanish and English lessons (Inlingua)
Attendance Monitoring:

Supervision of Deferrals, term-breaks, withdrawals, and course changes for the BCN/Madrid campus students. Following up with online students.
Event management including Orientation, info-sessions, and graduation.
Coordinate module surveys and achieve 60% of response rate.
An undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills, including professional credibility, relationship building and influencing
Professional proficiency in written and spoken English and Spanish.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
