As a Customer Onboarding Intern at Amenitiz you will:
- Be part of an amazing team of people, working closely with your team leader, and delivering the best service possible to hoteliers and property owners.
- As the next in line after the sale, you will have a direct impact on ensuring client acquisition, by showing and demonstrating the value of Amenitiz for their businesses.
- You will use great product knowledge, pedagogy & empathy skills to ensure client retention and make sure Amenitiz will be the last tool they need
- You will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction & product adoption,



by building great trust and show your expertise of the industry.
- Make sure clients know how to use Amenitiz and help them become product experts themselves.
- Build solid relationships with our customers to limit the churn rate by setting them up for success.
- Ensure optimal use of the solution and look for opportunities to increase revenue per customer by offering relevant cross-selling solutions.

About you:
- Fluent in native French and have excellent communication skills as well as good communication skills in English.
- You have at least some previous experience in handling direct communication with others in a professional setting.
- You are a solution finder rather than a problem solver.
- You have strong customer orientation and the ability to adapt to other people needs.
- Empathy is one of your strongest abilities, you are able to put yourself in the customers’ shoes and actively handle their requests.
