We are seeking a highly professional and dynamic Executive Assistant to support our Global SVP of Value Engineering, bringing proven experience backing C-level or SVP executives in a global organisation.
As the Executive Assistant to the SVP of Value Engineering you will work closely with the Customer and GTM Leadership teams,
Celonis Executives and other internal and external parties as the primary point of contact for all matters pertaining to the General SVP. Provide outstanding EA support, including detailed calendar management, expense report management, and complex domestic & international travel coordination
Maintain close relationships and contribute effectively within the Executive Assistant community
Strategic alignment, coordination, management, and delivery of in-flight projects working with multiple teams across all areas of the business
Identify, propose, and implement solutions to enhance the Global SVP's daily and ongoing operations
Travel with the Global SVP 2–3 times per year to
