CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, a leading global provider of integrated facilities and workplace solutions, is seeking an exceptional Facility & Real Estate Regional Manager Iberia & GMCI Clusters (Madrid, Lisbon, Canary Islands, Athens and Malta offices), located in Madrid, Spain.

The position is accountable for the strategic oversight and operational delivery of the facilities services, including maintenance, reactive repairs, cleaning and workplace experience, ensuring the environment is safe, complaint and maintained to the highest standards.

The role requires strong leadership in driving service excellence, operational efficiency and continuous improvement, while aligning the facilities strategy with the wider business objectives. Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal stakeholders, senior leadership and external service partners is critical to success. You will work closely with the Business partners and collaborate with regional and general facilities teams, ensuring alignment with corporate standards,



best practices and consistency across locations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Facility & Real Estate strategic overview for the Iberia & GMCI Clusters (Madrid, Lisbon, Canary Islands, Athens and Malta offices).
- Manage and develop the Facilities team (3 coordinators), driving high performances and consistent service excellence across day-to-day operations, including Reception and Cleaning services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the Leadership Team (LT), providing regular updates and strategic advice on workplace, risk, and significant operational matters.
- Ensure with the Facilities team all contractors, suppliers and partners operate in compliance with contractual terms, site procedures and regulatory requirements. And oversee the end-to-end delivery of facilities services, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational excellence.
