Digital Product Manager (Web & CMS)
Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital experience projects, from requirements gathering through launch and optimisation.
Manage websites, landing pages, localisation initiatives and digital campaigns across international markets.
Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define objectives, priorities, requirements and delivery plans.
Own project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies and stakeholder communications throughout the project lifecycle.
Translate business needs into user stories, digital requirements and actionable roadmaps.
Review digital designs, content structures and agency deliverables to ensure quality, accessibility and consistency.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, external agencies and vendors to ensure successful project execution.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, analytics monitoring and the adoption of new digital capabilities.

5+ years of experience in Digital Experience, Digital Delivery, Web Product Management or similar roles.
Fluency in English is required.
Proven experience managing digital projects from inception to launch.
Strong project management skills with the ability to drive ownership and accountability.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities in international environments.
Experience working within multicultural European or general organisations.
Solid understanding of CMS platforms and digital delivery processes.
Experience with Sitecore CMS is highly desirable. Experience with Headless CMS architectures is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, Confluence and Figma is considered a plus.
Experience within Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Biotechnology or other regulated industries is highly valued.
