What you will do:
- Independently manage complex, cross-functional projects across the Axpo Group from set-up and structuring through to successful delivery
- Lead key workstreams within large, group-wide transformation and strategy projects
- Support internal stakeholders in identifying project opportunities and delivering business-critical initiatives
- Contribute to the continuous development of our project management organisation and methodologies
- Strengthen collaboration and networking across the Group, acting as a link between Madrid and other Axpo locations
- Travel flexibly to Baden (Switzerland) and other international Axpo sites depending on project needs

What you bring & who you are:
- Master’s degree in business administration, finance,



engineering or natural sciences; ideally complemented by additional business education or an MBA
- At least 7 years of experience in project management and in the facilitation of workshops, preferably at a top-tier consulting firm
- A proven track record in delivering complex, cross-divisional projects or leading major project streams
- Strong communication skills, an analytical and structured mindset, and a proactive, hands-on approach
- Confident using AI-supported and digital tools to improve analysis, collaboration and project delivery
- Business fluent English is essential (written and spoken); German is an advantage
