Your role
As a Steward , you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, hygiene, organization, and smooth operation of the kitchen and back-of-house areas. Your mission will be to support the kitchen team by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and ensuring that equipment, utensils, workstations, and service areas are always ready for operation.

What you will do:
• Clean and sanitize kitchen utensils, equipment, cookware, dishes, and other kitchen items according to established hygiene standards
• Ensure that kitchen workstations, floors, walls, storage areas, and back-of-house spaces remain clean and organized at all times




• Support the kitchen team during service by ensuring a continuous supply of clean and sanitized equipment and utensils
• Properly operate dishwashing machines and other cleaning equipment
• Handle cleaning products and equipment safely and in accordance with established procedures
• Ensure the correct separation, disposal, and management of waste and recyclable materials
• Support the correct storage and organization of kitchen utensils, equipment, and supplies
• Assist with the cleaning and maintenance of kitchen machinery and equipment
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety (HACCP) throughout all assigned areas
• Support the receiving, transportation, and organization of goods and supplies when required
• Report any damaged equipment, maintenance issues, or operational incidents to the appropriate supervisor
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and environmental procedures
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure an efficient and well-organized daily oper
