About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead and scale our digital marketing initiatives as part of a fast-paced, high-performing marketing team. Based in Barcelona , this role will take ownership of our paid media strategy, email nurture campaigns, lead scoring framework, and performance reporting across digital channels.
You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders—including sales, product, and field marketing teams—as well as external agencies and vendors. Your goal: drive awareness, engagement, and demand across our target audience with measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Paid Media Strategy & Execution Manage and optimise all paid advertising campaigns, with a strong focus on LinkedIn, ensuring they drive awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline.




- Own Multi-Channel Nurture Campaigns Design and manage email-led nurture journeys that educate prospects, support the buyer journey, and align with our account-based strategy.
- Implement Lead Scoring Frameworks Develop and roll out a robust contact scoring and grading system that aligns with our account based approach and enables Sales to prioritise high-intent leads.
- SEO & Website Management Collaborate with our SEO and website agencies to ensure digital assets are optimised for discoverability, conversion, and aligned with growth objectives.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting Own the KPI reporting and dashboards for all digital channels. Continuously analyse campaign performance and optimise for ROI and effectiveness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Product, Sales, and the wider Marketing team to ensure campaigns are aligned with business priorities and tailored to regional and industry-specific needs.
