We're looking for a strategic and commercially minded Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of healthcare customers, building trusted partnerships and helping clients maximise the value of their Ideagen solutions. In this high-impact role, you'll develop long-term account strategies, drive revenue growth through expansion opportunities, and work closely with senior stakeholders to support their evolving business goals. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for a portfolio of healthcare customers, aligning solutions to their long-term business objectives.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring customers realise maximum value from their investment.
- Identify and drive upsell, cross-sell and expansion opportunities to achieve revenue growth and retention targets.
- Manage the renewal process end-to-end, including commercial discussions, contract negotiations and renewal forecasting.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular account updates, forecasts and performance insights.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Support and other internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
