Your Impact
Insurance at Coverflex sits somewhere between sales,



advisory and getting things done.
You’ll own insurance opportunities end to end, combining the commercial relationship with the technical work required to turn a customer need into the right insurance solution.
That means talking to customers, understanding what they need, working with insurers to build and negotiate proposals, managing quotations and placement, and ultimately helping us turn those opportunities into revenue.
We’re deliberately looking for someone who can do both sides of the job. You’re commercially comfortable, but you also understand insurance well enough to manage the process without handing everything over once the customer says yes.
You’ll know you’re successful when, after 90 days, you’ve:
- Taken ownership of insurance opportunities from customer conversation through quotation and placement
- Built credible relationships with customers and key insurance partners
- Started converting opportunities int
