Lead Marine Technician | Barcelona or Palma de Mallorca, Spain

We’re looking for an experienced Lead Marine Technician to join a busy Service team based in Barcelona or Palma, supporting and maintaining luxury sailing yachts up to 30m.

The role covers a broad range of marine engineering work, including:

- Steering, propulsion, mechanical and plumbing systems
- Replacing bearings (rudder, thrust and cutlass)
- Marine diesel engine servicing and refits
- Propeller shafts, bearings, seals and associated components
- Seacocks, pumps and onboard plumbing systems
- Technical reporting and customer communication

We’re looking for:

- 5+ years’ experience in marine engineering - ideally mechanical and hydraulics
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Fabrication, machining or GRP experience is desirable
- Full driving licence and EU work permit
