THE MISSION (What you will actually do):





Your role will bridge the gap between initial architectural design and real-world construction costs. You will be the master of budgets and local sourcing in Spain:

- Build the Foundation (Immediate Phase): You will hit the ground running by conducting market research to source, contact, and pre-qualify local subcontractors and suppliers across Spain, building our local cost database (€/m2) from scratch.
- Master the Estimates: Perform precise quantity surveys and technical drawings take-offs. You’ll prepare highly accurate Initial Valuations for our international clients and formulate final,
