Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft AI & Copilot Specialist with a strong background in IT solution design, development, administration, and support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the Microsoft AI ecosystem, particularly Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Agent 365, Azure AI Foundry, and Power Platform .

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting AI-powered solutions that improve business productivity, automation, and user experience across the Microsoft ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable AI and automation solutions using Microsoft technologies.
- Implement and support Microsoft 365 Copilot solutions across business functions.
- Build and customize AI agents and conversational experiences using Microsoft Copilot Studio .
- Work with Microsoft Agent 365 to design, manage, and integrate enterprise AI agents.
- Leverage Azure AI Foundry to develop, deploy, and manage AI-powered applications and solutions.
- Design and develop business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform , including Power Apps, Power Automate, and related services.
- Integrate Copilot and AI solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure, enterprise applications, and other data sources.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and architecture.
- Perform solution administration, troubleshooting, monitoring, and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and infrastructure teams.
- Ensure solutions follow Microsoft best practices, security standards, governance, and compliance requirements.




- Contribute to technical documentation, solution design, deployment, and operational processes.
- Stay current with Microsoft AI, Copilot, Azure, and Power Platform capabilities and recommend new opportunities for adoption.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience in IT solution design, development, administration, and/or technical support.
- Approximately 2+ years of hands-on experience working with Microsoft AI and automation technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft 365 Copilot
- Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Microsoft Agent 365
- Azure AI Foundry
- Microsoft Power Platform
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise IT solutions.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystems.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications, data sources, and APIs.
- Good understanding of security, governance, identity, and access management within Microsoft environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Microsoft certifications related to Azure, AI, Microsoft 365, or Power Platform .
- Experience with enterprise Copilot/AI implementations.
- Experience developing AI agents and workflow automation.
- Knowledge of Azure services, APIs, data integration, and cloud architecture.
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
