We are looking for a Test Data Management Specialist to join a long-term project within the banking sector . You will play a key role in ensuring that high-quality, reliable and compliant test data is available across different testing environments. You will work closely with testing teams, Product Owners and Test Data Management teams in an international and collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

- Design, extract, transform and provision test data sets for UAT, TST50, TST60, UAT10 and other test environments.
- Ensure referential integrity of test data across interconnected systems.
- Develop and manage reusable synthetic and masked datasets representing real-world banking scenarios, including onboarding, advising, compliance checks, and transaction flows.
- Coordinate with IDMC and Test Data Management teams on environment refreshes and data population plans.
- Support the automation of test data provisioning using SQL, Python and Shell , as well as CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Docker and Git .
- Act as a point of contact for testers and Product Owners regarding test data, test users and data-related constraints.

What we're looking for

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Finance ,



or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Test Data Management , ideally within financial services or another highly regulated environment.
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with relational databases such as Oracle, MS SQL Server or PostgreSQL .
- Experience with data masking tools and technologies , such as Delphix or Informatica, is highly desirable.
- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Familiarity with testing phases including SIT, UAT and regression testing .
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of attention to detail and data quality.
- Self-directed, solution-oriented and comfortable working within distributed, cross-location teams .
- Fluent English (C1 level).
