✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

- At least 3/4 years of experience in IT within a large enterprise environment
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in troubleshooting, packet capture, and configuration of network and security devices
- Solid experience with: WAN, LAN, WLAN
- VPN and Remote Access solutions
- Firewalls (configuration and troubleshooting), Palo Alto preferred.
- Internet Proxies, load balancers, data centers ( Cisco ACI preferred).
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex network and security incidents (L2 support)
- Experience working with network monitoring and management tools
- Good understanding of network security concepts (DMZs, VLANs, partner connections, etc.)
- Familiarity with corporate security standards , Computer Systems Validation & Compliance rules , and internal IT processes
- Ability to lead cross-functional technical task forces and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset,



and a problem-solving attitude
- Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written);
any additional languageis a plus

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

- Provide second-level technical support for Network and Security Services, including: WAN, LAN, WLAN, VLAN
- DMZs and partner connections
- Firewalls, Internet Proxies, Remote Access and VPN
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and packet capture analysis to resolve complex incidents
- Prepare and document incident reports , ensuring proper escalation and follow-up until resolution
- Lead infrastructure cross-functional task forces for troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and service improvement initiatives
- Conduct proactive monitoring of network and security infrastructure, using available tools to: Identify trends and recurring issues
- Detect and resolve events before they impact users
- Contribute to problem analysis and continuous improvement of network and security services
- Ensure that operational tickets and projects comply with: Corporate security standards
- Computer Systems Validation & Compliance rules
- Internal working instructions and standard processes
- Collaborate closely with other IT teams and stakeholders to ensure service reliability and performance
