- Work on SailPoint IIQ L2 support activities.
- Provide production support and incident management.
- Meet SLA commitments for incidents and service requests.
- Perform root cause analysis within agreed timelines.
- Ensure project milestones are delivered on time.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and drive solutions with business stakeholders and delivery managers.
- Collaborate with general teams across different time zones.
- Mentor team members and provide training when required.
