About the role
The Content Manager – Italy & Iberia supports the planning, development, localisation, adaptation and delivery of high-quality, commercially relevant and compliant content across Italy, Spain and Portugal. The role works closely with market-facing Marketing Managers, local business stakeholders, the Central Content function and relevant Centres of Expertise to ensure content activity supports client engagement, intermediary marketing priorities and selected market activation needs.

This is a hands-on content planning and coordination role. It helps translate local and regional commercial priorities into clear content outputs, briefs, adaptations and activation support, while ensuring consistency with the firms’ brand, regulatory requirements and the broader Europe Marketing operating model.

Market-facing Marketing Managers own local market priorities and activation, while content roles support the planning, development, localisation, adaptation and governance of relevant marketing content. The Content Manager – Italy & Iberia works with Marketing Managers, local stakeholders, the Central Content function and Centres of Expertise to deliver content outputs against agreed market, campaign and content priorities. The role also supports coordination with PR & Communications colleagues, the European PR Manager and relevant agency partners where local content, event, campaign or messaging input is required.
