At China Three Gorges Europe we are looking for a Legal Counsel (M&A; Focus) to join our Legal & Compliance Department . Management of M&A; transactions.
Proactive prevention and management of problems or disputes, identifying areas of legal risk.
Coordinate with external legal counsel in projects and other legal matters.
Manage disputes and litigations globally together with relevant external legal counsel.
Provide legal support for other departments within the company (finance, M&A;, H&R;, operation, development, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree in Law , or equivalent relevant discipline.
~4+ years of M&A; and corporate counsel work experience in prestigious law firms, or as in-house counsel in international companies.
~ English Advanced level (equivalent to C1-C2)




~ Spanish Advanced level (equivalent C1-C2/Native)

Previous experience in M&A; transactions and corporate counsel work ;
Previous experience working within a company in the renewable sector or in the energy team of a legal firm;
Intermediate to Advanced level of proficiency with Windows OS, MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Agile thinking and problem solving. Ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks at once.
