We are looking for a Recruiting Expert to join our Recruiting Team to cover a maternity leave.

What you'll be rocking:
- Co-development of Job Description with Hiring Manager and adjusting candidate profile to meet company needs & expectations.
- Post job offer in Linkedin, universities, company web site and others.
- Source, screen, telephone interviews, first interviews, provide written assessment and schedule final candidates.
- Review Hiring Managers resumes and if needed prepare them for the interview.




- Close hiring process with final candidate and offer-letter.
- Give feedback to all other discarded candidates and maintain interview records.
- Involve all Hiring Managers in the recruiting process and in an active recruiting role.
- Train Hiring Managers to follow recruiting policy and recruiting processes.
- Provide exceptional customer experience to internal Hiring Manager and Candidate, communicating always in a timely manner.
- Meet or exceed al Recruiting deadlines.
- Meet weekly quotas related to interviews, calls and e-mails.
- Ability to proactively source talent and do networking with candidates. Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.
- Manage Linkedin and other recruiting supports.
- Maintain all feedback records and reporting.
- Attend to university events.

What you bring to the table:
- Minimum 2 years experienced in Recruiting.
- Experienced in Full- Cy
