We are looking for a Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team at TCS Spain in temporary contract (6 months), responsible for managing the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle for IT profiles. This role combines hands-on recruiting activities with administrative and reporting responsibilities, supporting a high-volume, fast-paced, and international environment.

The adecuado candidate will have experience recruiting IT and technology profiles, strong communication skills, and the ability to work closely with hiring managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders.

✍️WHAT WILL YOU DO?
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (end to end) for IT profiles, from intake meetings to offer and onboarding.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand role requirements,



technical skills, and business needs.
- Source candidates through multiple channels (job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, etc.).
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and assess both technical fit and cultural alignment.
- Coordinate and follow up on technical and client interviews.
- Manage offer preparation, documentation, and support during acceptance and onboarding.
- Perform administrative tasks related to recruitment and onboarding (data entry, documentation, compliance checks).
- Prepare and maintain recruitment reports and KPIs (pipeline status, time-to-hire, sourcing effectiveness).
