As Associate Privacy Counsel you will join Glovo’s Global Delivery Hero Data Protection Team in Barcelona to counsel on privacy compliance and drive global privacy programs. You’ll help align regulatory requirements with business goals, shaping data protection practices across products, partnerships, and Mu0026amp;A activity. You’ll implement policies, perform DPIAs, and support AI governance to enable sustainable growth. This role combines legal expertise with hands-on collaboration to deliver privacy-centric innovation.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Provide legal advice on data protection under GDPR and global frameworks
• Offer risk-based privacy guidance for new products and operational changes
• Draft and negotiate DPAs and intra-group data transfer agreements; conduct third-party due diligence
• Support data mapping efforts and DPIAs across the organization
• Develop and maintain global privacy policies, notices, and procedures
• Support communications to the DH Group management board and risk committees




• Conduct privacy maturity audits and remediation reporting
• Manage investigations with data protection authorities and develop mitigation plans
• Monitor and contribute to AI governance initiatives and regulatory developments in AI

Responsabilidades
• 2 to 3 years of experience in data protection/privacy or related areas
• Bachelor's degree in law or comparable degree
• EU privacy law certification (IAPP CIPP/E, CIPM, TÜV DPO) is a plus
• Excellent English; Polish/Spanish/German a plus
• Experience advising online technology companies and data-driven businesses across multiple jurisdictions is a plus
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; proactive and collaborative
