Experteer Overview
In this Senior Account Executive role, you will cultivate and expand partnerships with FMCG brands for At-Home Sampling, Market Research and Social Influencer services in Germany. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract closure, while shaping strategic campaigns and collaborating with operations to delight B2C customers. You’ll work in a dynamic, international environment, using market insights to drive value for brands. This is an opportunity to help Degusta Box scale its German market presence and campaigns.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and reporting on campaign performance
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with FMCG partners
• Identify and qualify prospects and decision-makers to uncover opportunities
• Maintain and grow the sales pipeline using Pipedrive CRM
• Upsell premium services by aligning solutions with client challenges
• Provide market insights and social media guidance based on campaign results
• Attend industry events and client meetings across Europe




• Build Degusta Box’s brand in the assigned market
• Collaborate with Operations to design products/boxes aligned with client needs

Responsabilidades
• Native German speaker with advanced English
• At least 3 years of B2B sales experience
• Proven track record managing full sales cycle including prospecting, negotiation, and closing
• Experience in account management and developing own leads
• Strong quota attainment history
• Consultative and solution-selling approach
• Ownership mindset and entrepreneurial attitude
• Strategic account planning and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Analytical and goal-oriented, with team-oriented collaboration
