- Handle technical queries and incidents received via phone, email and ticketing tools
- Perform basic incident management and first-level troubleshooting
- Provide customer support in multiple languages, mainly in English, for assigned audiovisual projects
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure incidents are properly escalated and resolved
- Support international clients in a dynamic, technology-focused environment
- Maintain technical management and service continuity for audiovisual projects across more than 100 countries

Requirements

- Previous experience in administrative tasks and technical customer support
- Fluent written and spoken English (essential)
- Knowledge of other languages is highly valued
- Good command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Teams, Outlook)
- Experience using instant messaging tools and ticketing or project management platforms
- Service-oriented mindset, strong communication skills and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a structured way and handle repetitive processes with attention to detail
