Job Description The Procurement Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the integral procurement strategy, managing supplier relationships, leading commercial negotiations, and overseeing warehouse and logistics operations within the Property & Studio Development Department.



Develop and implement the global procurement strategy in line with company and departmental objectives;
Negotiate commercial agreements, framework contracts, and strategic supplier partnerships;
Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs);
Manage procurement contracts in cooperation with Legal and other stakeholders;
Oversee warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring inventory accuracy and efficient material availability;
Develop and manage procurement budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization initiatives;
Prepare regular reports on procurement spend, savings, supplier performance, and risks;
Lead, develop, and motivate Procurement, Warehouse, and Logistics teams;
Drive continuous improvement, digitalisation, and procurement best practices.
Minimum 7 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or commercial management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role;
University degree in Procurement, Supply Ch
