Project Manager – Spain Join Vortex and Help Bring Innovative Aquatic Spaces to Life

We're looking for a Project Manager to oversee installations, support customers and contractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

What You'll Do
- Manage installation projects from planning through final commissioning.
- Act as the primary contact for customers, contractors, and subcontractors throughout each project.
- Coordinate on-site installation teams and ensure work meets Vortex quality standards.
- Travel to project sites across Spain, with occasional travel within Europe.
- Conduct site meetings, monitor project progress, perform final inspections, and obtain customer sign-off.
- Train customers and operators on equipment start-up and operation.




- Provide remote technical support by phone and email when not on-site.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate with internal teams, and recommend solutions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, customer training, and technical documentation.

What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience managing technical or construction-related projects.
- Knowledge of construction, plumbing, civil works, and electrical systems.
- Ability to read technical drawings (AutoCAD).
- Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Customer-focused with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Safety-first approach.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout Spain and occasionally within Europe.
