We are looking for an analytical, proactive and detail-orientedDemand Planning Internto join our Planning team at our Barcelona HQ.This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting the EU Planning team in day-to-day planning activities. You will work closely with Demand Planners and cross-functional teams to help maintain forecasts, prepare reports, analyze data and contribute to planning process improvements in an international and dynamic environment.The main tasks of the position are:The Demand Planning Intern will support the EU Planning team by ensuring planning information is accurate, up to date and delivered on time.Demand Planning Support• Support Demand Planners in maintaining forecasts• Prepare planning files and analyze demand trends• Help consolidate planning informationReporting & Data Analysis• Prepare and update reports in Excel,



SAP and Power BI• Monitor key KPIs including Forecast Accuracy, Inventory, Backorders and Sell-in/Sell-out• Ensure data qualityInventory Analysis• Support inventory reviews• Analyze stock levels, Months of Supply and End-of-Life (EOL) inventory• Help identify inventory risks and opportunitiesSeasonal Buy Process• Support Buy Planning activities• Help prepare forecast files, Buy Logs and planning reports• Validate planning dataContinuous Improvement• Help improve reports, templates and planning tools• Support automation and process improvement initiativesPosition requirements:Qualifications:• Strong xsgfvud analytical and numerical skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel• Power BI and SAP are a plus• Fluent in English• Interest in data analytics, automation and AI tools is a plusCompetences:• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail• Well organized and able to manage multiple tasks• Good communication and teamwork skills• Proactive attitude and willingness to improve processes• Comfortable working with data and solving problemsSounds like you?
