As an L3 Support Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the availability, stability, and performance of critical business applications, with a strong focus on Kafka-based event-driven architectures, PL/SQL troubleshooting, and complex production support activities. You are the adecuado candidate if you have… ✅ At least 3 years of experience in L3 Application Support, Site Reliability Engineering, or Software Engineering within high-availability environments. ✅ Strong experience troubleshooting backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.



✅ Strong hands-on experience with Kafka, including event handling, topic analysis, message tracing, and troubleshooting distributed event-driven systems. ✅ Advanced PL/SQL and SQL knowledge, with proven experience analyzing complex queries, troubleshooting data issues, optimizing performance, and working with relational databases. ✅ Solid knowledge of distributed architectures, including REST APIs, Microservices, and Kafka-based solutions. ✅ Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Linux environments. ✅ Experience participating in on-call support rotations for business-critical applications. ✅ Fluent English to work in an international environment.
