Experteer Overview
In this role you will establish and govern the engineering systems landscape (centered on Windchill PDM) to enable scalable, accurate design and manufacturing workflows for modular data centers. You will define architectures, workflows, and data structures, and align with IT/ERP to support rapid growth. You’ll drive standardization of parts and BOMs to improve repeatability and reduce build durations, working cross-functionally to mature design packages.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Own and drive Windchill as the primary PDM system
• Define and configure system architecture, workflows and data structures
• Collaborate on long-term Engineering Systems Roadmap with Transformation Team
• Lead implementation of the engineering systems roadmap for PLM support
• Act as primary authority for PDM processes, decisions, and escalations
• Collaborate with engineering departments for data governance and KPI maintenance

Responsabilidades




• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Related field
• 3+ years of experience in engineering systems, PDM/PLM, or manufacturing environments
• Strong systems-thinking and process design mindset
• Excellent communication, training, and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, traceability, and scalability
• Fluent English
• Experience in Data Center infrastructure design and integration
• Experience in modular construction and multidisciplinary engineering teams
