Experteer Overview
As District Loss Prevention Manager, you will lead and develop a district LP team to uphold a safe environment for associates and customers while reducing operational losses. You will partner with District Managers to implement shrink and safety strategies, manage KPIs and budgets, and coordinate with security and business partners. The role combines leadership, risk management, and stakeholder influence to protect assets and support growth. This is a chance to shape district safety culture within TJX’s leading off-price retail network.

• Create and communicate district shrink and safety strategy

• Manage district LP KPIs, costs and budgets
• Deputise for line manager as required
• Deploy local and functional strategies to prioritise safety and minimise shrink

• Attend external meetings with local bids and councils to raise issues and solutions

• Lead talent planning and resource management across the district
• Oversee recruitment, performance and development activities for associates
• Build succession plans and use company tools for development
• Participate in district/ regional/ company projects if required
