Qualifications:
1. Diploma or associate degree in Electro-Mechanical, Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Technology.
2. Experience with industrial automation systems is required for this position.
3. Bachelor's degree preferred for this position.
4. Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
5. Experience with PLCs, sensors, motors, and control systems (OJT experience is accepted).
6. Ability to use diagnostic tools such as multimeters and test equipment.
7. Basic computer skills for maintenance documentation.
8. Good problem-solving and communication skills.
9. Willing to be Assigned in Aloguinsan, Cebu (Stay-in).
