Descripción Essential Roles Responsibilities
- Implement and support Azure and Private Cloud infrastructure solutions
- Configure, manage, and optimise compute, storage, networking, and security services
- Support migration, modernisation, and upgrade activities




- Act as a technical escalation point for complex incidents and changes
- Create and maintain accurate technical documentation
- Support service transition into in life managed support
- Collaborate with senior engineers and architects on solution delivery
- Mentor Level2 engineers and support skills development
- Clearly communicate technical decisions and issues to stakeholders
- Financial Services Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure engineering activities comply with financial services regulations (e.G. FCA, PRA, DORA, ISO 27001)
- Apply security, data protection, and operational resilience controls
- Support audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews
- Maintain audit ready documentation and change records
- Governance Reporting
- Track and manage technical risks, issues, and actions
- Support governance activities including incident and change management
- Contribute to service reporting and operational reviews
