Senior Engineering Manager | Game Production – Infrastructure Your role within our Kingdom
We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead our Infrastructure / Developer's Platform group within Game Production. This organization provides the platforms and services that hundreds of King developers rely on every day to build, test, ship, and operate games at scale for hundreds of millions of players around the world.
You will be combining strong people leadership with the ability to drive multi-team outcomes across a complex stakeholder landscape. The scope includes our Build & CI platform and critical developer services such as code repositories (GitHub Enterprise), artifact repositories (Artifactory), asset repository workflows (Perforce), and other developer productivity services.
Your mission is to make engineering work faster, safer, and more reliable: reducing cycle time and failures, increasing developer self-service, and driving standardization that scales across studios. You should be proactive and self driven.

Platform strategy and delivery
- Set a clear vision and roadmap for Infrastructure / Developer Platforms aligned with game production needs and company priorities.
- Work with the team on creating a strategy to consolidate old legacy systems and unify our platforms across game studios.
- Translate strategy into executable plans: milestones, resourcing, delivery cadence, and measurable success criteria.
- Drive convergence through platform standards and "golden paths," reducing fragmentation and long-term maintenance cost.
