Role OverviewWe're seeking an experienced backend engineer with a strong background in C# to join our rapidly growing .NET startup. You'll drive continuous improvements in shared tools, infrastructure, and practices that scale our development efforts.
Build and maintain foundational tools that streamline feature squad workflows, enabling faster, safer development across the platform.
Guide our transition to a microservices architecture by leading the migration of remaining monolithic componentsEnsure robust test coverage (unit and integration)



for critical services to support continuous delivery and operational stability.
Shape the platform's architecture by actively participating in technical discussions and decision-making.
Improve CI/CD artifacts to support squad efficiency and ensure seamless deployment processes.
Apply best practices to refine existing code, making it more efficient, secure, and maintainable.
Propose initiatives and design solutions to drive improvements within the squad, seeing them through to implementation.
Improve our observability capabilities to support the continuity and health of the different platform's domains. Minimum of 5 years in backend development with 2+ years in C# and .NET Core.
