Spain | National Travel | Permanent Position

Vortex Aquatic Structures International is a global leader in the design and manufacturing of innovative aquatic play solutions. As our business in Spain continues to grow, we are looking for a Product Engineer – Technical Support & Customer Service to become a key technical resource for our team.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll develop deep expertise in Vortex products, support projects and customers across Spain, and gradually become the go-to technical expert for our Project Managers, installers, and customers.

Develop in-depth expertise in Vortex products, control systems, water treatment and filtration systems, and aquatic play equipment.
Troubleshoot technical issues and support Project Managers, installers, and customers.
Provide remote and on-site support during installation and commissioning.
Travel to project sites across Spain for technically complex projects.
Develop troubleshooting guides, technical protocols, and training materials.
Train and support installers on commissioning and technical best practices.




Over time, become a technical reference for Spain with the opportunity to support projects across Europe.

Engineering background in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
Ability to understand complex technical information and translate it into practical solutions.
Functional English to collaborate with our teams in Canada.
Experience with industrial automation, PLCs, control systems, commissioning, water treatment, or technical documentation is an asset, but not required.
