Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects.




Drive continuous improvement in engineering practices and processes
Technical education, engineering or similar
Experience in PHP ie: Symfony, Slim or Laravel.
Experience in people management, career development and, performance evaluation
Experience applying best practices in technical teams (Agile methodologies, peer reviews, testing, sprints execution...).
Resourceful, to be able to make informed and well-judged decisions with limitations of knowledge in particular areas.
