Are you passionate about active direct sales, client relationship management, and modern technologies? An established company operating in the IT, new technologies, and telecommunications sector is seeking a dedicated B2B Field Sales Representative to expand business relationships across Palma and throughout the island of Mallorca. In this permanent role, you will take full ownership of acquiring new corporate accounts and building lasting commercial connections in a dynamic environment.

Your core responsibilities will include:

- Managing B2B field sales by actively contacting and visiting prospective business clients across Mallorca.
- Providing expert advice, product presentations, and solution-driven consulting tailored to corporate needs.
- Closing deals, handling client onboarding, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Organizing your own visit routes and maintaining accurate client data and pipelines within the CRM system.
- Fostering long-term relationships to secure continuous renewals and account growth.





What you bring to the position:

- Fluency in Spanish, English, and German (all three languages are essential for consulting a diverse international client base).
- A valid Category B driver's license and your own vehicle for traveling to appointments across the island.
- Commercial mindset with strong negotiation skills, self-organization, and confidence in deal closing.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and structured route planning.

What you will receive:

- A permanent employment contract (contrato fijo) under the collective agreement for offices (CC Oficinas y despachos).
- A base salary of 17,099 EUR gross per year, plus coverage of professional business expenses.
- Performance-based variable commission: 3% on initial sales and 1% on contract renewals.
- Working schedule from Monday to Friday, organized flexibly around your scheduled appointments.
