Airalo operates in 200+ markets as a global eSIM marketplace, which means our Legal team sits close to nearly every part of the business — from commercial deals with telecom carriers and distribution partners,



to the regulatory frameworks that govern how we serve millions of travelers worldwide. We're looking for a Legal Counsel to provide broad-based commercial and regulatory support across the business, working closely with Commercial, Product, and Marketing teams on deal execution, contract risk, and compliance matters, including data privacy. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who wants exposure across the full range of a fast-scaling legal function, not a narrow or siloed remit.
Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial agreements (partnership, vendor, distribution, and telecom-related contracts) to support Airalo's global eSIM marketplace operations across 200+ countries
Provide day-to-day legal advice to business teams (Commercial, Product, Marketing) on contractual risk, regulatory exposure, and deal structuring, escalating novel or high-risk issues appropriately
Support data privacy and protection compliance efforts, including GDPR and other re
