In a nutshell We are looking for a Robotics & Automation Engineer who is driven by real-time sys-tems, complex automation challenges, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through innovative engineering.. What you will be doing • Designing and implementing software solutions for robotic and PLC-driven systems • Contributing to the development of a high-performance, real-time control environment • Working closely with 3D simulation, HMI, and backend services teams • Participating in technical discussions, architectural decisions, and hands-on coding • Supporting agile rituals and driving engineering quality,



maintainability, and collaboration. • Participate in technical discussions around architecture, implementation, performance and continuous improvement. • Collaborate closely with product, engineering and domain experts to deliver real impact for our customers. What you need to succeed • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, Automation, Robotics, or related field • Strong experience in real-time systems, robotics, or industrial automation • Proficient programming in PLC systems and robotic controllers • Familiarity with C#, WPF, and modern frontend frameworks • Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written. • Team spirit, ownership and willingness to continuously learn.
