Were looking for a Junior RSA Archer Developer / GRC Specialist to join an international Cyber Risk Management team that plays a key role within a global Cyber Security organization.

In this position, youll work with experienced cyber security professionals and help support, enhance, and develop GRC solutions that enable risk management and compliance activities across a global enterprise.

What youll be doing

Configure, maintain, and improve RSA Archer applications and workflows

Support platform implementations, upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management

Develop and maintain integrations using REST and SOAP APIs

Troubleshoot technical issues and support end users

Contribute to IT Risk Management, Governance, and Vulnerability Management processes

Collaborate with general stakeholders across Europe and Asia

Participate in cybersecurity and GRC-related projects while gaining exposure to a large international environment





What were looking for

Experience with RSA Archer (configuration, implementation, development, or administration)

Knowledge of GRC processes such as IT Risk Management, Governance, Compliance, or Vulnerability Management

Experience working with integrations, APIs, or middleware technologies (REST/SOAP)

Background in IT support, application management, software development, or enterprise platforms

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication skills in English

Experience with alternative GRC platforms such as:

- ServiceNow GRC / IRM
- IBM OpenPages
- MetricStream
- LogicGate
- Riskonnect
- LogicManager
