As a Proposal Manager at Veeva, you will lead the end-to-end RFP/RFI proposal lifecycle for Europe and globally, coordinating cross-functional experts to deliver compelling, compliant responses. Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Project manage all RFP/RFI activities from receipt to submission
• Coordinate contributions from cross-functional teams (Sales, Solution Consulting, Professional Services, Product, IT Security, etc.) to craft winning responses
• Lead internal alignment calls to confirm needs, scope, differentiators, and timelines




• Draft response deliverables and manage workflows; perform quality checks for accuracy, clarity, and compliance

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of experience managing complex RFP/RFI in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong English written and oral communication skills
• International business experience with ability to support global operations across time zones
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word with advanced Styles and formatting
• Experience with proposal management and coordinating cross-functional teams
