Experteer Overview
As Senior AI Platform Engineer, you will design, build and operate the Fast Insights Platform to empower application teams with scalable AI capabilities. You’ll own epics end-to-end, drive reliable, secure platforms on AWS, and mentor colleagues while shaping enterprise AI guardrails. You’ll work cross-functionally to reduce toil, improve observability, and accelerate time-to-market for AI-enabled development. This role places you at the core of adidas’ AI-driven platforms and developer experience.

Responsabilidades




• 7 years IT experience with software development lifecycle or REST APIs/Web applications/Platform Development
• 2 years of proven experience leading complex technical initiatives and mentoring engineers
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; proficient English
• Proficiency in TypeScript or Python or another modern language
• Hands-on experience with production services on AWS
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools (AWS CDK, GitHub Actions, Terraform)
• Cloud-native foundations: containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and AWS or another major cloud provider
• Experience building platforms, internal developer tools or reusable capabilities
