Job Description
The Procurement Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the global procurement strategy, managing supplier relationships, leading commercial negotiations, and overseeing warehouse and logistics operations within the Property & Studio Development Department. The responsibilities include:
Develop and implement the general procurement strategy in line with company and departmental objectives;
Lead RFQ, RFP, tendering, and sourcing processes across all PSD locations;
Negotiate commercial agreements, framework contracts, and strategic supplier partnerships;
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key suppliers;
Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs);
