About The Role
Your primary mission will be to identify, attract and secure new property listings . This is a proactive and results-oriented role for someone who does not wait for opportunities to come to them. You enjoy being out in the market, meeting potential sellers, building relationships and actively identifying new opportunities.
You will work strategically and persistently to increase our property portfolio through a variety of activities, including direct outreach, networking,



following up on housing advertisements and identifying potential sellers through platforms such as Idealista and Fotocasa.
Your experience of the Spanish property market and the listing process will be essential. You understand how to build trust with property owners, identify opportunities and guide sellers throughout the initial stages of bringing their property to market.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and approach potential property sellers.
- Generate new listings through networking, prospecting and direct outreach.
- Conduct property listing appointments and secure new mandates.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with sellers and local contacts.
