Experteer Overview As an LQA Analyst I at 2K, you will help ensure our games resonate in Russian by testing localized builds for linguistic accuracy, UI functionality, and cultural relevance. You will work within the localization quality framework of Global Loc 2.0, collaborating with cross-functional teams to flag risks early and improve text management processes. - Execute test passes on localized builds for linguistic, functional, and visual accuracy
- Log and reproduce localization bugs with detailed steps
- Ensure consistency in spelling, grammar, terminology, tone, and cultural appropriateness
- Edit translations directly in text management systems to fix linguistic issues
- Analyze issues to identify root causes and patterns indicating localization or i18n risks
- Flag localization risks early in development, including UI or source text clarity issues
- Support glossary and style guide validation within QA cycles




- Follow test plans and contribute to test case creation and improvement
- Evaluate localization quality against first-party standards and branding
- Review tickets and player reports, reproduce and escalate verified issues
- Participate in LQA standups, bug triage, and milestone QA reviews
- Stay current on project terminology and serve as a resource for native language(s)Responsabilidades
- Native fluency in Russian
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Experience in QA or localization QA preferred
- Familiarity with game consoles, mobile platforms, or game terminology
- Knowledge of JIRA or bug tracking systems and text management tools
- Comfort with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and version control platforms
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized with collaborative mindset
- Ability to work under deadlines and follow instructions
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Exposure to localization or CAT tools (e.G., Trados, MemoQ, XLOC)
- ISTQB certification or equivalent QA accreditation (preferred)
