We are currently hiring for a Regional Facilities Manager on behalf of a leading global FM and workplace management business, appointed to a major general corporate account. This is a significant hire as part of a period of investment and growth on the contract, offering the right candidate the chance to lead delivery across a portfolio of exceptionally high spec Madrid office locations and shape the workplace experience across a large, established team. Reporting into the senior leadership team, you will effectively run a mini-account in its own right, with oversight of a team of 74 spanning Facilities Management, Engineering, Property Management, Commute, F&B; and Sustainability, across a portfolio of 17 sites and approximately 1.2 million sq ft, spanning Spain, Italy, Portugal, and Morocco.
