What You Will Do (Responsibilities):

- Lead business analysis activities across complex enterprise and international digital transformation programmes.
- Gather, analyse, validate and document business requirements, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagements to elicit, prioritise and validate business needs.
- Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process optimisation and business improvement.
- Define functional specifications and translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical requirements.
- Ensure end-to-end traceability between business requirements, functional specifications, development activities and delivered solutions.
- Perform data analysis and contribute to data modelling activities supporting reporting, analytics and decision-making processes.
- Design and document business processes, workflows and information flows using recognised modelling methodologies.
- Create and maintain diagrams, models and documentation using UML, BPMN and other business analysis standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, data architects, developers,



testers and project managers throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Support validation, testing and acceptance activities to ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations.
- Promote business analysis best practices, standards and methodologies across the project environment.

Additional Responsibilities

- Analyse existing data models and identify opportunities for harmonisation, rationalisation and standardisation.
- Design target-state conceptual, logical and physical data models aligned with business and analytics requirements.
- Support the definition of enterprise data architecture frameworks and data migration roadmaps.
- Collaborate with data architects, BI specialists, data engineers and governance teams.
- Document data flows, business rules, lineage, metadata and information architecture artefacts.
- Participate in data governance, metadata management, master data management and data quality initiatives.
- Contribute to enterprise-wide data architecture and information management strategies.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements):

- At least 3 years of higher education (degree or equivalent) and a minimum of 9 years of postsecondary professional experience.
- At least 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, digital transformation, data architecture, or enterprise information management environments.
- Strong experience in requirements elicitation, requirements management, gap analysis, business process analysis and functional specification definition.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on experience in enterprise data modelling, including conceptual, logical and physical data models.
- Proven experience with Data Warehouse design, dimensional modelling, data architecture documentation and analytical data environments.
- Proficiency in business and process modelling techniques and tools, including UML, BPMN, Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart or equivalent.
- Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools such as Axure, Balsamiq or similar.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in large-scale,



multi-stakeholder and international environments.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Possession of at least one of the following certifications:

CCBA (Certification of Competency in Business Analysis)

CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)

IIBA-AAC (Agile Analysis Certification)

PMI-PBA (Professional in Business Analysis)

CAP (Certified Analytics Professional)

CBATL (Certified Business Analysis Thought Leader)

CBPP (Certified Business Process Professional)

CFLBA (Certified Foundation Level Business Analyst)

CPRE (Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering)

Mandatory Experience

- Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, digital transformation, or enterprise information management environments.
- Proven experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, validation, and management.
- Proven experience conducting business process analysis, gap analysis, and functional specification activities.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise data analysis, data modelling or data architecture projects.
- Proven experience designing conceptual, logical and physical data models.
- Experience working with Enterprise Data Warehouses and analytical data platforms.
- Experience defining business entities, data domains, data dictionaries and business glossaries.
- Experience performing data mapping, data lineage, and impact analysis.
- Experience supporting data migration, consolidation or transformation initiatives.
- Experience managing requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
