- Collaborate with product and research to craft a shared vision grounded in customer data
- Rapidly create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate interactions
- Present design recommendations to stakeholders and leadership using data and insights

- Experience delivering design solutions for large-scale projects
- Portfolio or work samples showing end-to-end, user-centered design across desktop and mobile
- Experience defining roadmap strategy and prioritizing deliverables for product teams
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication; experience in software development a plus
- Demonstrated collaboration with designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers
