About the Role

Sunset Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced VP Sales & Revenue – Hotels & Resorts to lead the commercial strategy across our growing hotel portfolio. Reporting directly to the CEO – Hotels & Resorts, this executive role will be responsible for driving revenue growth, maximizing commercial performance, and building a scalable Sales & Revenue organization to support the expansion of our portfolio from 10 to 30 properties.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute the global Sales & Revenue strategy across the Hotels & Resorts portfolio.
- Build and lead a high-performing, scalable commercial organization.
- Set commercial objectives, KPIs,



and performance standards across all properties.
- Partner closely with General Managers, Marketing, Finance, Development, and Operations to maximize business performance.
- Represent the company at international trade shows, sales missions, and industry events.

Sales & Distribution
Lead the commercial strategy across all revenue-generating channels, including:
- Global Sales
- MICE
- Leisure
- Corporate & Integral Key Accounts
- Representation Offices
- Luxury Consortia
- Wholesalers & Bedbanks
- OTA Partnerships

Drive strategic partnerships, negotiate commercial agreements, and optimize channel performance while protecting rate integrity and profitability.

Revenue Management
- Lead the group-wide Revenue Management strategy.
- Oversee pricing, forecasting, inventory management, and segmentation.
- Implement best practices and scalable commercial systems across the portfolio.
